Any individual who is a "match" for any job will never bring anything new to the job. They will do that job the way it has always been done - without any imagination, creativity, or enthusiasm. Give me a person who can excel at a job and who can think outside the parameters of the job and I will show you a successful person and a successful company. I am happy to not match any job. Thus, I will not live out My days in mediocrity. I hope to never match a job. That would be the worst fate imaginable. I always strive to excel at what I do, bringing new insight and ideas to do that job so that one day I can truly say that job has met its match and that I have mastered it and it brought it to its knees. Instead of being a slave to the definition of my job I will have transcended it and redefined it so that it suits me. By matching people to jobs the human resource imbeciles have truly carved out a rut in the earth for every one, including themselves, and shackled us all to mediocrity. With this I am happy to say they are a correct match for their job. I hope they enjoy the walls they have built for themselves and will never escape. Time and again, I have seen the so-called experts and qualified people run this great country into the ground. So called top notch experts in the banking industry whom we are subsidizing quite handsomely now have gotten large bonuses for destroying the world economy in a way that is unrivaled in the history of the world. These top screw ups were once considered qualified and a correct match for their jobs at one time, I am sure, so one could give me no better compliment than to say I am not a match. This country was built by men and women whose geniuses could not be qualified or quantified; now it is being destroyed by HR imbeciles who think they can pigeonhole talents, skills and intelligence. Terrorists are already thanking them for being part of what's wrong with this country. They bow to them for being part of the problem and not part of the solution. Future generations of invaders will someday thank them for sticking every talented American in a cubicle and cementing them up inside of it like living corpses. Truly great geniuses like Albert Einstein, Thomas Edison and Benjamin Franklin would not have allowed themselves to be a match for any job. They would have laughed in the faces of HR people to hear them say such a thing. So now you know. HR dolts are a perfect match for their mediocre lives, their mediocre talents and their mediocre existences. Never strive to be more than what you are right now, a loser with no past, present or future - or one day you, too, might not get a "job". HR losers were not a match for any job so they had to make a niche for themselves to hide behind. They were not a match for anything so instead of going to the island of misfit toys, they vowed revenge on the rest of the world. The reign of HR people around the world is drawing to a close, much sooner than you think, and it will all come crashing down on them because it won't take long for the rest of the world to realize that they have brought the Great Enlightenment to an end. They are leading the charge into the bleak future of America they haven't the imagination or foresight to predict, waving the flag of ignorance and stupidity as they go. I can draw a direct correlation to the advent of HR Departments and the decline of the world economy. So if this is their legacy, it will never last, and I will be there to watch them fall on their faces. They will keep training their parrots to say "You are not a match", and soon the rest of the world will see them for the hypocrites they truly are, even though they are hiding behind their computer screens. -Author BJ Lee
